The First Location

We began our real estate journey in LA, where we set out to provide top-quality student housing solutions tailored to meet the needs of international students. 

With a passion for creating comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located homes, we established our first student apartment complex, which quickly gained recognition for its excellent service and exceptional value.

2021

Expanding Operation

Building on the success of our first project, we expanded our operations to serve more students and families. 

This year marked a period of growth and innovation as we refined our services and strengthened our commitment to delivering outstanding housing experiences.

2022

Launched New program

In 2022, we took a significant step forward by establishing dedicated student apartment complexes in California. 

These apartments were thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs of students, providing them with safe, affordable, and comfortable living spaces. 

By focusing on creating supportive and vibrant communities, we helped countless students settle into their new homes and thrive in their academic journeys.

Unveiled A New Location

We proudly opened a second location to meet the growing demand for high-quality housing. 

This expansion represented a significant milestone in our journey, bringing our services to more students and families while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

A New Chapter in Boston

This year, we expanded to the East Coast and established PlanetHome in Boston! 

With over a decade of experience in student housing, we are thrilled to bring our proven expertise to this vibrant city.
